Job Overview Training Advantage Group Ltd is seeking experienced Freelance FLT, MHE & Plant Instructors/Assessors to support training delivery across Scotland and the wider UK. The role involves delivering accredited and in-house operator training, refresher training, testing, and workplace assessments for a range of industrial, warehouse, logistics, and construction customers. Applicants with NPORS accreditation are preferred; however, instructors holding recognised accredited qualifications from other awarding bodies will also be considered. This is a flexible freelance/self-employed role with opportunities for regular weekday and weekend work.
