Complaints Policy
Training Advantage Group Ltd is committed to providing excellent service. However, if you have a concern or complaint, we want to hear from you and resolve it promptly.
How to Make a Complaint:
- Step 1: Contact us by phone (0141 258 2024), email (office@trainingadvantagegroup.co.uk), or in writing with details of your complaint
- Step 2: We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days
- Step 3: We will investigate thoroughly and provide a full response within 10 working days
- Step 4: If you remain dissatisfied, you may request escalation to senior management
What to Include:
- Your name and contact details
- Details of the course or service involved
- Date and location of the incident
- Full description of your complaint
- Any supporting evidence or documentation
- What resolution you are seeking
Our Promise: All complaints will be treated seriously, investigated fairly, and used to improve our services. You will not be disadvantaged for making a complaint.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances change. This policy outlines our approach to course cancellations and refunds.
Cancellations by Candidates:
- More than 14 days before course: Full refund or course transfer
- 7-14 days before course: 50% refund or free course transfer
- Less than 7 days before course: No refund, transfer may be available at additional cost
- Non-attendance: No refund or transfer
Cancellations by Training Advantage Group:
In the unlikely event we need to cancel or reschedule a course:
- We will provide as much notice as possible
- We will offer alternative dates or a full refund
- We are not liable for any consequential losses
Assessment Failures:
If a candidate does not successfully complete a course assessment, they may retake the assessment at an additional cost. Refunds are not provided for assessment failures due to candidate performance.

Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payment:
- All bookings must be confirmed in writing or through our booking system
- Payment terms are typically 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed
- Full payment must be received before course commencement
- Interest-free payment plans may be available for certain courses
Course Attendance:
- Candidates must arrive on time and attend the full course duration
- Appropriate clothing and footwear must be worn for practical training
- Candidates must follow all safety instructions and site rules
- Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the course without refund
Certification:
- Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of assessment
- Certificates remain the property of Training Advantage Group Ltd until full payment is received
- Duplicate certificates may be issued for a fee
- Certificate validity periods are determined by relevant regulatory bodies
Liability:
- Training Advantage Group Ltd maintains appropriate insurance coverage
- We are not liable for personal belongings lost or damaged during training
- Our liability is limited to the value of the course fee paid
- We are not liable for consequential losses resulting from course cancellations
